Palm Desert vs. La Quinta Rivalry T-Shirts for sale: $10.00
There will be a sign up sheet in the band room for anyone wishing to purchase a PD Rivalry Game T Shirt to wear on 9/26 when we play Palm Desert HS on their turf. We will be taking a pep band and the drum line. Guard and Pit are invited to attend as well. The cheer team would like EVERYONE to buy the T-Shirt (but it is not required). Shirts are $10.00 cash, money is due to Mr. F by Thursday if you want a shirt.

All-Coachella Valley High School Honor Band:
Audition times will be posted in the band room. Click here to view your audition times. Please arrive early at Rancho Mirage High School to warm up. Please dress to be "presentable," and do not wear anything that would identify you with LQHS. Remember - you will need to play the scales AND the etude for the audition. GOOD LUCK!!!!
COD Symphonic Band: Check the rehearsal schedule on www.CODBand.net. So that you know what our focus will be for the week. This will typically be updated before the weekend, but no later than Sunday.
Upcoming Trojan Club Gigs: 9/27 & 1/11 - Wind Symphony "and friends" (anyone who wants to come)
We have TWO dates for Trojan Club gigs that will be raising money and exposure for the Wind Symphony's New York trip. Please pencil in the following dates: September 27th & October 11th. Game times have not been announced yet, so I don't have a time window yet. I do know that we will play during halftime for September 27th. The game on October 11th will have TWO different gigs: one before the game, and one during halftime. I'll have more details for you all ASAP!

Marching Band Rehearsal Schedule:
- Monday: Music Rehearsal 3:00pm - 6:00pm (Winds - we will be reviewing the opener & the ballad)
- Tuesday evening: 5:00pm - 8:00pm in the stadium (arrive at the band room NO LATER than 4:45). Focus will be on the opener - music/balance/endurance.
- Thursday afternoon from 3:00pm - 5:00pm on the old practice field (location TBA)
- Friday: Football Game MS Band Night (5:00pm Call Time, call sheet is on Charms and attached)
- Saturday: REHEARSAL (see above)
You MUST be prepared with your water, dot books, and memorized music. Just a reminder - we wear white T-Shirts on Tuesday evenings (it may have a logo, it just has to be white).
